Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can assist in reshipping the item (additional shipping fees may apply).

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
